The Riverfront Trolley in Astoria

The Astoria Riverfront Trolley is a heritage streetcar that runs along the south bank of the Columbia River.

What the sources say

According to Wikipedia, the trolley is run by the Astoria Riverfront Trolley Association, a nonprofit whose volunteers operate the service and maintain the streetcar and tracks. The line is about 3 miles long. The streetcar, known as Old 300, was built in 1913 for San Antonio, Texas, and began service in Astoria in 1999. Wikipedia says service was suspended in 2020, restricted after a 2022 building collapse, and fully resumed in July 2024. It runs seasonally.

Is it running right now?

We could not confirm the current schedule. The City of Astoria's website links to the trolley's own site, old300.org, under visitor attractions, but we did not find current hours stated on the city page. Check the trolley's site, or ask the City of Astoria, before planning around it.
